2025 Scholarship Application

Requirement: Minimum 3.0 GPA

It is the purpose of the David Douglas Dads Club to make financial aid for education beyond high school available to members of the graduating classes of David Douglas High School and Fir Ridge Campus based on the following criteria: Academic Performance, Financial Need, Leadership Contribution, and Future Goals. UP to five scholarships in the amount of $500.00 each will be awarded to graduating seniors.

Applicants are to submit this completed form along with recommendation letters 1) on-line or 2) to the David Douglas High School College & Career Center or 3) the Fir Ridge Counseling Office no later than May 2, 2025, by 3:00 p.m,. Announcement of awards will be made at Senior Recognition Night.

Only fully completed applications will be considered.
